Why the Rebrand?
Leading up to our official launch in January 2025, we listened closely to our customers and industry thought leaders, who shared a desire for an agency that could bridge creativity and execution seamlessly. They wanted an agency that blends the creativity of a visionary incentive house with the operational precision of an exceptional Destination Management Company (DMC), designed for the next generation of incentive travel and event participants.
In response, Bwnd was born. We combine ETA Group’s expertise of destination management with program and content design when crafting purpose-driven experiences that spark awareness, foster meaningful connections, and inspire action.
